Required Skills

Strong experience in Power BI Dashboard & Report Development
Proficiency in Power BI - Advanced DAX (Iterators like SUMX CALCULATE) Row-Level Security (RLS) Data Modeling (Star vs. Snowflake schema) and Power Query (M Language).
Proficiency in SQL (Complex Joins CTEs Window Functions (RANK DENSERANK) and performance tuning of stored procedures)
Proficiency in Advanced Excel (PivotTables Power Pivot complex logic using INDEX-MATCH or XLOOKUP and automating workflows via VBA or Power Query for local reporting)
Experience with data visualization and data modeling concepts.
Good understanding of ETL processes and data transformation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

Gather business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
Develop and optimize SQL queries stored procedures and data models for reporting needs.
Perform data analysis validation and transformation from multiple data sources.
Create automated reports and MIS dashboards using Power BI and Advanced Excel.
Work with stakeholders to understand KPIs metrics and reporting requirements.
Ensure data accuracy consistency and report performance optimization.
Build and maintain Excel-based analytical models pivot tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP Power Query and advanced formulas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business operations and technical teams.
Troubleshoot reporting and data-related issues in a timely manner.

Common Qualifications:

4 years in data analytics or business intelligence roles.
Bachelors degree
Strong ability to translate complex data into clear stories for non-technical stakeholders and work independently in time-critical environments
