We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Loan Closing Analyst specialized in SBA loans to join our consulting team in Pune Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the loan closing process and will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate closing of loan transactions. The Loan Closing Analyst will work closely with clients lenders and internal teams to guarantee compliance with regulations and deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities
- Review loan applications and documentation for completeness and adherence to SBA guidelines.
- Coordinate with clients and lenders to facilitate the loan closing process.
- Prepare and distribute closing documents and ensure all parties sign accordingly.
- Conduct final loan audits to confirm compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Address any discrepancies or issues that arise during the closing process.
- Maintain documentation and records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide timely updates and communication to stakeholders regarding closing timelines and status.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in finance business or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of 3 to 16 years of relevant experience in loan closing or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SBA loans and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
