Bring your energy to Aggreko as Regional Recruitment Manager AMEAPAC a role where youll lead how we attract assess and hire talent across Africa the Middle East and Asia Pacific. Youll lead the regions talent acquisition strategy and daytoday deliverymaking hiring easier for managers raising the bar on quality and ensuring candidates and stakeholders experience a process that is clear consistent and reflective of who we are: bold inclusive and futurefocused.

What youll do as Regional Recruitment Manager:
- Lead the regional recruitment strategy for AMEAPAC translating global priorities into clear plans goals and operating rhythms your team can deliver each week.
- Hire quality talent at pace by strengthening pipelines reducing handoffs improving shortlist quality and owning a small senior requisition load to stay close to market dynamics.
- Improve hiring decisions using structured profiles leadership behaviours and prehire assessment insights to strengthen capability potential and more inclusive decisionmaking.
- Create a consistent candidatecentric experience with clear communication and touchpointswhile positioning Pune and AMEAPAC as key centres for capability and growth.
- Use data dashboards and GenAI to prioritise roles forecast demand improve source mix coach team performance and support workforce plans with People Partners and Finance.
- Build consistent locally relevant recruitment practices that adapt to market realities and regulatory requirements while strengthening internal mobility across the region.
You are:
- A talent acquisition leader with 7 years of recruiting experience including multicountry leadership across Africa the Middle East or APAC.
- Skilled in building coaching and motivating highperforming remote or geographically dispersed teams.
- Confident partnering with senior leaders and aligning workforce plans with Finance and People Partners.
- Comfortable using recruiting systems dashboards and GenAI to evaluate capability prioritise work and improve outcomes.
- A strong communicator who can represent our tone and brand consistently across diverse markets.
- Knowledgeable about regional employment laws and able to balance global standards with local realities.
