Job Summary
FINANCE MANAGER
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our BMW dealership. This role is responsible for structuring and finalizing vehicle transactions securing financing and presenting protection products in a compliant and customer-focused manner.

Responsibilities
- Secure financing through a broad network of lenders with speed and accuracy
- Present and sell finance and protection products with consistency and professionalism
- Structure deals to maximize profitability while maintaining full compliance
- Finalize all documentation with zero errors and complete attention to detail
- Work closely with sales leadership to ensure efficient deal flow
- Deliver a clear confident and efficient customer experience
Requirements
- Proven performance in automotive F&I with verifiable results
- Strong product penetration and consistent income generation
- Advanced understanding of lender programs and deal structuring
- Ability to manage a high volume of transactions
- Strict attention to compliance and documentation standards
Compensation & Benefits
