Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Creative Manager to join a high-performing team where they will support the Creative Leader in driving the day-to-day operations of a busy Creative Studio. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that all creative output aligns with strategic direction meets quality standards and is delivered on time. Acting as the bridge between strategy and execution the Creative Manager will lead teams across design video and copy while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the Creative Leaders strategy across all campaigns ensuring alignment with brand CI KPIs and objectives
- Provide creative direction and conduct reviews to maintain high-quality output
- Oversee studio workflow managing briefs from concept through to delivery
- Allocate resources effectively across designers videographers and copywriters to ensure balanced workloads
- Monitor timelines production schedules and proactively address risks
- Lead mentor and develop creative teams driving performance and growth
- Facilitate team meetings reviews and ongoing communication
- Oversee photoshoot planning and execution ensuring alignment with campaign strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Production and Ecommerce teams
- Track creative performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or Design
- 810 years experience in a creative leadership role
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Proven ability to translate strategy into impactful creative concepts
- Solid understanding of retail marketing processes and e-commerce environments
- Experience within fashion retail is advantageous
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret research and trends
- Proficiency in Figma is advantageous
- Excellent communication organisation and multitasking skills
- Experience in art direction for photoshoots and maintaining brand consistency
