Job Summary
- Enhances guest satisfaction through his/her warm and friendly manner availability and frequent presence in the hotel
- Handles guest comments and complaints ensuring follow-up
- Supervises stock rotations for soft and alcoholic drinks and catering supplies and identifies any needs
- Guarantees that equipment is kept clean and well maintained
Qualifications :
- Graduate of Hospitality or other related course
- With at least 2-3 years of working experience on the same field
- Can adapt to fast phase working relationship
- Can work in a fast phase relationship
