Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Supervisor to oversee daily administrative operations in our fast-paced fintech environment. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient office management support cross-functional teams and help maintain a productive and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the administrative team ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities supplies and general maintenance
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Coordinate with different departments (Finance HR IT Operations) for administrative support
- Manage vendor relationships contracts and service agreements
- Monitor office budgets track expenses and prepare reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Support company events meetings and internal communications
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field
- At least 35 years of experience in administration with 12 years in a supervisory role
- Experience in fintech banking or financial services is an advantage
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with budgeting and financial tracking
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards
- Process improvement and problem-solving mindset
- High attention to detail and strong sense of accountability
