DESCRIPTION: Patricio Enterprises is looking to fill a Logistics Analyst III position in support of Marine Corps System Command (MCSC) Program Manager Tactical Communications & Electromagnetic Warfare Systems (PM TCE) with particular focus on the Precision Navigation and Timing (PNT) portfolio.
Primary duties will include (but not limited to):
- Support planning and coordination of logistics activities.
- Field equipment following protocols regulations and military standards.
- Collect and analyze data and create reports in support of decision making.
- Provide functional expertise related to logistics in support of systems and support equipment.
- Maintain and document program data conduct research and studies and report findings.
- Update and submit monthly Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) reports.
- Ensure all analysis and reporting adhere to relevant military standards protocols and security requirements.
- Professionally engage with military customers to support Integrated teams and process improvement.
- Attend meetings track action items support the development of documentation for delivery to the Government.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Proficient using CMPro or comparable inventory management system.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite including Word Outlook and Excel.
- Must possess professional communication interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Must possess excellent organizational skills and work as part of a cohesive team.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- Must have a bachelors degree and 3 10 years of relevant experience or HS diploma and 15 years of relevant experience.
- GCSS-MC experience desired.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is sedentary work which requires the following physical activities: reaching sifting lifting finger dexterity grasping feeling repetitive motions talking hearing and visual acuity. Occasionally lifts to 50 lbs.
Employees must be able to see and hear read and write. Requires adaptability analyzing assessing calculating decision making dependability good judgment reading memorizing social skills speaking stress control and writing. Ability to understand remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information in English; Ability to apply common sense in performing job. Ability to complete routine forms use existing form letters and/or conduct routine oral communication. Ability to make decisions which have significant impact on the immediate work unit.
