Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Assignment Length: 6-month contract with potential for permanent hire

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Office Support professional to assist with case file management client support services and daily office operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate documentation efficient processing of supportive services and maintaining organized systems across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and update electronic case files ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Utilize systems such as QuickBase Adobe and internal databases for documentation and tracking
- Assemble informational materials and client packets as requested
- Generate and compile reports using system data and available resources
- Process supportive services by:
- Reviewing submitted forms
- Contacting clients to verify information including addresses
- Ordering necessary items and confirming receipt
- Documenting updates in accordance with State requirements
- Distribute track and reconcile:
- Transportation assistance including bus passes and gas cards
- Debit cards for internet and mobile services
- Obtain and maintain client signatures and required documentation
- Upload and manage documents within electronic case file systems
- Maintain and organize shared drive documentation for the project
- Monitor order and maintain office supply inventory
- Track and report supply orders to management and accounting monthly
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed
- Support additional tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous administrative clerical or office support experience preferred
- Experience working with databases or case management systems is a plus

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a positive professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and software platforms
