Nobu Hotel London Portman Square is looking for a dynamic and creative Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing vision across digital social and traditional channels. Bringing together strategic thinking brand guardianship and hands-on execution youll craft campaigns and content that showcase our award-winning hotel vibrant F&B venues and the unmistakable Nobu experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate marketer who thrives on innovation collaboration and impactful storytelling all while working at one of Londons most prominent luxury lifestyle hotels.
You will
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital social email PR and offline channels ensuring alignment with brand vision and hotel objectives
- Lead the hotels digital presence website content landing pages paid advertising SEO and PPC optimising performance and user experience
- Oversee all social media activity producing engaging content in collaboration with the Social Media Executive and agency partners
- Plan and manage the F&B marketing calendar introducing new promotions partnerships and revenue-driving initiatives
- Create compelling email marketing strategies in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Executive ensuring GDPR compliance
- Analyse campaign performance across all channels reporting on engagement ROI and opportunities for improvement
- Identify new digital trends platforms and partnership opportunities to elevate brand visibility
- Ensure consistent brand messaging tone of voice and visual identity across all communication channels
- Collaborate closely with Sales F&B and operational teams to support business goals and identify new revenue opportunities
- Champion Nobu values Family Crafted Smile and Kokoro through communication leadership and day-to-day interactions
- Ensure all marketing activities meet company and statutory standards safeguarding guest and colleague safety
- Support wider departmental needs and contribute proactively to hotel-wide initiatives.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams.
