As our System Administrator you will be the go-to person for keeping our Microsoft 365environment and general infrastructure healthy our users productive and our infrastructurereliable - while helping us build toward a more automated standardized is a hands-on role with real ownership. You wont just maintain things - youll help shapehow we do them.

How Youll Make an Impact

M365 & Endpoint Management (Primary Focus)

Administer and optimize the Microsoft 365 tenant (Exchange Online Teams SharePointOneDrive Entra ID / AAD)
Own Microsoft Intune and MDM/MAM policies - device enrolment compliance policiesconfiguration profiles and app deployment across Windows macOS iOS and Android
Manage Conditional Access MFA SSO/SCIM and identity governance in alignment withsecurity standards
Handle license management and user lifecycle automation (onboarding/offboardingworkflows group policies)
Troubleshoot M365 service issues across geographically distributed teams

Networking

Manage network infrastructure across our sites
Configure and maintain firewalls VPNs switches and Wi-Fi
Monitor network performance handle incidents and maintain up-to-date documentation
Support secure remote access solutions for a distributed workforce

On-Prem infrastructure

Maintain a small but critical on-prem server environment (physical/virtual servers UPSpatching cycles some custom software)
Manage virtualization (Hyper-V) backups and hardware lifecycle
Coordinate with vendors and data center contacts where applicable

Infrastructure as Code & Automation

Contribute to IaC initiatives using tools such as Terraform Ansible or PowerShell DSC
Automate repetitive admin tasks via PowerShell or Python
Help standardize infrastructure setups across locations to support future scaling
Collaborate with the DevOps team on shared tooling and runbooks

What You Bring to the Table

5 years in a System Administrator role
Strong hands-on Microsoft 365 administration (not just end-user support level)
Familiarity with Azure (hybrid identity Azure AD Connect)
Hands-on experience with Terraform Ansible or other IaC tools
Proven experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager - autopilot compliancepolicies configuration profiles MDM
Solid networking fundamentals - TCP/IP DNS DHCP VLANs VPN IPSEC
Experience managing network equipment and solutions
Experience managing on-prem server environments (physical and virtual)
Hands-on experience with observability tools (e.g. Zabbix DataDog SIEM)
Proficiency in PowerShell Python or Bash for administration and task automation
Working proficiency in English (company working language)
Experience in a multi-country or multi-site IT environment

Nice to have

Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Exposure to security tooling or frameworks (CIS benchmarks SIEM EDR solutions)
ITIL knowledge or structured IT service management practices
Fintech or regulated industry background
