| What awaits you/ Job Profile
| - Collaborate with BMW PDO and BMW Team to understand the needs and processes and to transfer the topics to the DevOps-Team.
- IT-Project-Management: Structure complex topics into relevant Workpackages and tasks. Alignment with BMW-Team and DevOps-Team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Act as the key SPOC during application transitions to lead technical team members through knowledge transfer shadowing and reverse job shadowing phases.
- Evaluate existing workflows and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Interpret business data create reports and provide insights for decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between business teams and IT departments to ensure alignment.
- Work with developers and applications owners to implement business solutions.
- Assist in tracking project progress managing risks and ensuring timely delivery.
Delivery & Support model: Standard Business Hours 5x9 (Mo - Fr 08:00 17:00 (CET/CEST DST included). Ops activities in standard business hours during India public holidays at least one colleague must be on call. |
| What should you bring along
| - At minimum 4 years overall IT experience in Product Lifecycle-Management and Product Data Management (Automotive) in the context of Product Structures and configuration.
- The ability to question existing processes and explore innovative solutions.
- Precision in documentation and analysis
- Being open to continuous learning in an evolving business landscape
- Ability to structure complex (Project-) Requirements into smaller Workpackages and transfer them into EPICs and Storys (JIRA). Strong collaboration with the DevOps Team to discuss the workpackages to get an alignment within timeline and effort.
- The ability to build relationships and manage expectations across teams.
- Working seamlessly with business and technical teams to deliver solutions.
- Navigating complex requirements and project challenges with a positive attitude.
- The ability to advocate for solutions and influence stakeholders effectively.

- Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication to interact with stakeholders.
