As our Concierge you are the master of the WOW factor welcoming our guests and ensuring their stay is nothing short of spectacular. From making restaurant reservations to organizing ski adventures you handle it all with grace and efficiency. You tackle guest complaints with a smile turning any hiccup into a memorable moment. Your role is to drive the Whatever Whenever service philosophy ensuring that every guest experience is warm welcoming and filled with WOW moments.

Experience: Youve got a background in Concierge/Guest Services within a high-end lifestyle-focused environment.

Languages: Fluent in French and English.
Motivation: Youre highly motivated and enthusiastic.
