職務内容
ポジション名 Marketing AdministratorENDO @ Tokyo
自社製品内視鏡等の普及および円滑な事業運営を支えるため営業部門と連携し契約管理受発注サポートドキュメント管理などのバックオフィス業務全般を担当いただきます
業務は以下S.O(セールスオペレーション)業務と製品関連業務になります
１.S.O(セールスオペレーション)業務
- 契約支払管理業務委託契約等の専用システム登録各種支払申請の代行
- 読影サポート業務読影依頼の受付返却管理読影医への依頼メール送付出荷受付関連業務
- 営業管理データ整備Excelを用いた営業管理表の作成更新
- 部門間連携サポート営業社員に代わる社内申請手続きの代行代理店関連書類の整理管理
２. 製品サービス運用サポート
- サブスクリプション管理ソフトウェア更新時期のモニタリング営業への更新リマインド通知契約書作成
- 販促資材管理 販促資材や取扱説明書の増刷依頼見積取得発送管理展示会等に向けた備品手配
- 情報発信Web更新医療機関検索サイトの更新管理DailyWatch情報共有の配信

Job Experience
- 事務経験営業事務営業アシスタントまたは一般事務
Skill / Knowledge
- PCスキルMicrosoft Office: Excel Word
Competency
- ITリテラシーの高い方
- 高い対人能力コミュニケーション能力社内関連部署と円滑で密なコミュニケーションをとれる
Education
- 高卒以上学部学科は問わない
