DescriptionThis role is part of the Business Development Sales team and focuses on new business origination and growth. It involves identifying and qualifying leads contacting prospects and scheduling meetings as well as conducting new business meetings. The role ensures continuous followup throughout the full sales cycle including the formalisation phase of proposals working closely with the Lines of Business (LoBs) and the Bid Management team to develop and deliver final proposals. Responsibilities also include actively boosting and managing the pipeline through regular lead segmentation and prioritisation performing monthly sales gap analyses and designing and monitoring action plans focused on performance and results.
