Job Summary
As a TPM you will lead an programs that launches new customer facing technology products. We are looking for a highly motivated top notch leader with both business and technical acumen. You will have the opportunity to build scale and shape the direction of this business. This role requires deep technical expertise excellent leadership skills and strong business judgment. You will be responsible for programs that can be launched globally delivering an exceptional customer experience provide thought leadership in a fast-paced development environment and partner with product management and senior leaders to ensure the success of your program while solving broad industry challenges.

Key job responsibilities
- Coordinate Cross-Functional Initiatives: Lead complex technical projects by aligning software engineers designers and product stakeholders
- Feature Development: Define track and shepherd new service features from conception through implementation
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear effective communication across internal and external teams
- Technical Strategy: Develop comprehensive program plans that balance technical feasibility with customer needs
- Optimization Management: Identify and implement critical service improvements
A day in the life
In this role you will work closely with stakeholders software engineers product teams business and marketing partners to deliver our most complex high quality scalable products deployed around the world.
- 7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5 years of technical product or program management experience
- 3 years of software development experience
- 5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Bachelors degree
- 5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices.
- Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products workflows or customer experiences.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
