Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Analyst who will be responsible for providing advanced financial analysis forecasting budgeting and performance reporting to support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role partners closely with business leaders to evaluate financial performance identify risks and opportunities and drive cost and profitability initiatives. The position requires strong analytical skills business acumen and the ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND SKILLS:

Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Financial Planning & Forecasting:

  • Lead the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual forecasts budgets and long-range plans
  • Analyze variances versus budget forecast and prior periods; clearly explain drivers and trends
  • Support scenario planning sensitivity analysis and financial modeling for strategic initiatives

Financial Analysis & Decision Support:

  • Develop complex financial models to support business cases investments pricing and cost-reduction initiatives
  • Analyze operational and financial KPIs; provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Partner with functional leaders (Operations Supply Chain HR Sales Engineering) to support informed decision-making

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Deliver accurate and timely reports to HQ and internal stakeholders.
  • Support audits and ensure adherence to corporate financial standards.

Ad Hoc Projects:

  • Participate in special projects related to finance and business performance improvement.


Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field.
Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of combined experience in FP&A.
  • Experience in manufacturing or automotive industry strongly preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and treasury management tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Language: English.
DESIRED SPECIALIZED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to accept direction and manage his/her own workload to achieve important deadlines with reasonable oversight.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Position requires occasional or frequent moderate physical activity.

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:

  • A typical work week is 40 hours/week.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Office work is normally performed in a typical interior work environment which does not subject the employee to any hazardous or unpleasant elements.
  • Shop or laboratory work involves some exposure to moderate risk of accident and requires following basic safety precautions.
  • In-field PG or track testing involves frequent exposure to unpleasant elements such as extreme temperatures dirt dust fumes smoke loud noises chemicals etc.
  • Stress may occur periodically.
