WHAT YOU WILL DO

As VIP & Talent Relations Manager at our Paris office you will work very closely with the Global Press & Talent Director to define and implement Talent strategy as well as identify cultivate and manage relationships with a global network of talent spanning film music art design sports etc to ensure the brand is represented by voices that align with who we are.

Talent Relations VIP & Friends of the House

• Support the team in creating and nurturing a distinctive community of influential talents cultural figures and brand ambassadors through relationships seasonal partnerships and long-term collaborations
• Constantly think outside of the box and identify new talents keep up to date with current and upcoming entertainment culture and art projects or individuals for potential brand moments or relationship building
• Build and maintain strong relationships with talent agencies celebrity stylists artists gallerists tastemakers collaborators etc
• Keep and nurture strong relationships with our wide Friends of the House network of cultural creative and artistic collaborators
• Keep up to date and update VIP events calendar with Talent-related opportunities within Music Film Culture Festivals award seasons premieres tours fairs etc...
• Oversee all aspects of VIP dressing from day to day or red-carpet dressing to custom opportunities from sketch to wear
• Support the global product placement strategy for VIPs in key markets ensuring alignment with the brands positioning objectives and market needs (Dressing and seeding)
• Support regional PR teams in developing and executing local VIP initiatives
• Manage all contracts and agreements related to VIP partnerships closely with the PR & Talent Director
• Work closely with Press Team and Social Media team on PR Strategy and SoMe Strategy around VIP-led moments
• Support Press & Talent Director for all potential crisis or reputational risk management linked to talents
• Manage and monitor the budget allocated for Talents

Digital Creators Relations Content Creators & KOL

• Support the PR & Talent Director in ensuring the brand occupies a premier position across social ecosystems through culturally resonant voices and build a sophisticated product placement framework timed with key moments and product launches or pushes
• Work closely with SoMe team to design and launch community-centric social initiatives that amplify brand narrative and product visibility

• Scout and foster authentic alliances with Key Opinion Leaders diverse content creators and emerging digital talents aligned with Acne Studios
• Empower regional teams to build localized community strategies that feel deeply relevant to their markets while remaining anchored in our global vision
• Evaluate and Build report on the cultural resonance of all community initiatives distilling insights to continuously evolve and sharpen our future approach

Events

• Build strong target list of Talents Friends of the House and KOL for all shows events and store openings moments
• Work closely with Showroom team and VIP Officers on Fitting showrooms logistics and coordination as well as individual fittings in Paris or internationally for events
• Oversee photography needs and logistics with VIP team Marketing Production and Studio team
• Support VIP Officers in VIP Asset approval media blasts and work closely with PR team on maximising PR coverage around key VIP-led events
• Support PR & Talent Director in overseeing staffing and logistics of events for best guest experience
• Oversee all Event reporting

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:

• 6 years experience PR & Communication in Talent/VIP Relations
• Proven record in a leading global fashion brand or PR agency in the luxury industry
• Autonomous proactive and very curious
• General cultural knowledge and interest in Art Design Film Sports and/or music industries
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Team Player: able to understand different needs and good problem-solving attitude
• Sociable and dynamic
• International work experiences is a
