DESCRIPTION:


Join our HR Shared Services team where youll contribute to delivering HR support across the employee lifecycle. As an HR Analyst I youll provide comprehensive administrative support while ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence. Working with HR technologies and systems youll handle employee inquiries maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvements that enhance the colleague experience.

This team will provide support for Switzerland.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors Degree required no prior experience required in HR administration shared services or customer service
  • Proficiency in German at a B1 level or higher is preferred
  • Preferred Fields of Study: HR Business Administration or related field
  • Relevant professional HR certifications advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday ServiceNow) and case management systems preferred
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices policies and employment regulations
  • Professional fluency in English required
  • Additional language skills advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and process improvement mindset
  • Experience in benefits administration time & attendance systems a plus
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while delivering high-quality results
  • Professional demeanor and adaptability
