Job Summary
Were looking for anOperations Control & Governance Analystto join our GRC this role you are responsible in managing and governing user access by performing access reviews controls testing and remediation to ensure least privilege SoD RBAC compliance and audit readiness. It also involves strong stakeholder engagement clear risk reporting CAP management and applying IAM knowledge with strong communication and criticalthinking skills to improve governance and controls.
Position Responsibilities:
Conduct endtoend access reviews across systems ACLs SharePoint distribution lists and shared drives ensuring least privilege SoD and RBAC compliance.
Perform controls testing through process walkthroughs and operating effectiveness testing including sampling evidence review and documentation.
Identify control gaps and support the development execution and closure of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).
Collect validate and maintain evidence and tracking to ensure audit and regulatory readiness.
Partner with IT/IAM teams to remediate inappropriate access and support JoinerMoverLeaver lifecycle controls.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver clear reporting on access risks testing results themes and remediation progress.
Apply IAM technical knowledge and strong communication critical thinking and proactive problemsolving to enhance governance and control effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
35 years of experience in operational risk controls testing or business operations with exposure to risk methodologies.
At least 2 to 3 yrs Access Management Skills
Exposure with internal or operational audit is an advantage
Bachelors degree in Business Finance Information Security IT or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication to be able to communicate complex issues clearly and influence without authority
Critical thinking and ability to identify misalignments or access risks.
Selfmotivated and proactive in identifying process or control improvements.
