利用多种渠道官网注册活动名单线上表单第三方平台等挖掘潜在客户线索并进行结构化整理与分类
基于业务画像行业公司规模场景需求等对线索进行初步甄别与优先级排序为销售团队提供高质量线索池
AI 驱动的线索识别与评分
熟练使用和不断优化内部及外部的 AI 工具如线索评分模型意向识别模型自动标签工具等提升线索识别与筛选效率
与数据/产品/运营团队合作基于业务逻辑不断提出对 线索评分模型 与 客户画像标签 的优化建议
持续追踪各类 AI 工具的使用效果通过数据分析不断迭代线索获取和筛选策略
AI 辅助的触达与培育
使用 AI 辅助写作工具 批量生成并个性化优化触达话术邮件模版短信/IM 文案话术脚本等提升打开率与回复率
设计并执行基于 AI 的自动化触达与培育流程例如不同意向等级客户的分层触达节奏与内容提高线索激活率
通过 A/B Test 和数据复盘持续优化 AI 生成内容的转化表现
数据分析与流程优化
定期输出线索漏斗数据分析线索获取 触达 激活 转化识别关键瓶颈并提出改进方案

任职要求
教育与经验
本科及以上学历专业不限市场营销经济统计数学计算机等相关专业优先
13 年及以上 销售运营 / 市场运营 / 线索运营 / 数据运营 相关工作经验有 B2BSaaS金融科技行业经验者优先
有使用 AI 工具如 ChatGPTClaudeMidjourney 等辅助工作经验者优先有参与过模型应用/智能评分项目者加分
技能要求
对 AI 在业务场景中的应用 有明确兴趣和基本理解愿意持续学习并实践最新工具和方法
熟练使用 Excel/Google Sheets 进行数据整理和基础分析有 SQL 经验更佳
具备良好的逻辑思维与数据敏感度能够从数据中发现问题和机会并转化为可执行策略
具备良好的沟通协作能力能与销售市场产品数据等多团队高效对接
个人特质
