We are partnering with a respected national homecare provider to appoint a Regional Operations Manager. This is a role for someone who brings steadiness clarity and confidence across a group of branches. You will understand the realities of homecare support managers through challenge and change and create the conditions for safe consistent and wellrun services.
The role
- Lead day-to-day operations across your regional portfolio ensuring services are safe compliant and consistently delivered
- Support coach and challenge Registered Managers to strengthen quality people and performance.
- Maintain oversight of compliance embedding clear standards and addressing issues early
- Work closely with the Regional Director acting as their deputy when required.
- Implement organisation-wide quality and compliance initiatives across your branches
- Ensure services operate within agreed financial plans
- Build a culture where managers and teams feel supported accountable and clear on expectations
About you
- NVQ Level 4 or 5 (or equivalent)
- Strong operational leadership experience within domiciliary care
- Confident in leading multiple services and supporting managers through complexity
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and what good looks like in homecare
- Able to balance strategic oversight with practical hands-on support
- Calm credible and consistent someone people trust quickly
