The Role Were looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support to provide vital assistance to our sales team. Youll be responsible for preparing quotations managing sales documentation and ensuring smooth communication between clients suppliers and internal teams helping the team focus on building relationships and driving revenue.
Tasks
- Prepare and process sales quotations and proposals
- Manage and maintain accurate sales documentation and records
- Coordinate communication between clients suppliers and internal teams
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and follow-ups
- Help streamline and improve sales processes
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment
- Experience in interiors construction or design industry is a plus
