As a Customer Service Representative you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and volunteers ensuring they have the best experience while engaging with our organization. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries and will work to resolve issues effectively contributing to our mission of community support and engagement.

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and chat
- Provide accurate information about our services and programs
- Resolve customer issues with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Assist in the onboarding process for new volunteers and clients
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery
- Provide feedback on common customer issues to enhance services
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with CRM software
- Empathy and a passion for helping others
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
