Job Title: Workday Project Manager

Job Type: Contract-Hybrid

Location: Atlanta GA 30334

Job Duration: 2 months Extension

Shift: 8am to 5pm

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Workday Financials and Procurement initiatives partnering with Finance Procurement and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable compliant ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Workday Financials & Procurement projects (implementation enhancements integrations).
Manage modules including GL AP/AR Asset Management Procurement Banking and Financial Reporting.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to align system design with accounting and procurement processes.
Coordinate with Workday functional teams integration teams (EIB Studio) and vendors.
Oversee project lifecycle activities: planning configuration data migration testing cutover and stabilization.
Drive process improvements across P2P R2R supplier management and financial reporting.
Track milestones risks and deliverables; lead status meetings and stakeholder communication.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree PMP (or equivalent).
5 years managing complex IT/ERP projects.
3 years leading application development/enhancement projects.
Experience with MS Project Visio SharePoint O365.
Strong knowledge of accounting procurement financial reporting and ERP integrations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Workday Financials & Procurement experience.
Recent experience managing vendor-led projects.
Experience in government/public sector.
Strong executive communication skills.
