As the Founding CTO you will lead the technical vision and execution for a comprehensive pet care ecosystem. You will manage a distributed engineering team to launch a high-impact pet owner platform by March 2026 followed by a professional marketplace. This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategic architecture with rapid 0-to-1 product delivery.

What you will do:
Architect and ship the core pet owner platform and subsequent professional marketplace ensuring scalable foundations and rapid feature deployment.
Manage and mentor a fully distributed engineering team based in Venezuela establishing high-performance delivery standards and reliable release cycles.
Collaborate directly with the London-based CEO to translate business strategy into a robust technical roadmap and long-term platform health.
The ideal candidate:
Bilingual leader fluent in English and Spanish with a proven track record of managing distributed technical teams in Latin America.
Hands-on technical expert with experience in 0-to-1 consumer startup launches specifically within mobile web or marketplace products.
Pragmatic architect who excels at balancing rapid shipping of high-impact features with the management of technical debt in early-stage environments.
