As Growth Manager you will be the commercial engine of Loxa owning product strategy partner integrations and account growth. You will bridge the gap between engineering and commerce building API integrations for retail partners on platforms like Shopify while optimizing conversion flows to turn live integrations into high-performing revenue channels.

What you will do:
Define and execute the product roadmap for embedded protection designing optimal checkout placements and post-purchase flows to maximize policy attachment rates.
Lead the end-to-end integration experience for new retail partners including hands-on technical execution across Shopify BigCommerce and API-driven environments.
Act as a growth consultant for a portfolio of partners using data analytics to identify expansion opportunities and optimize user journeys for increased revenue.
The ideal candidate:
3-5 years of experience in growth product management or partnerships within high-growth ecommerce fintech or insurtech environments.
Hands-on technical proficiency with the ability to build API integrations and navigate ecommerce platform architectures like Magento or WooCommerce independently.
A commercially sharp operator who can map value negotiate with stakeholders and drive complex project workstreams to completion without supervision.
