Lead credit strategy for a profitable unicorn backed by Goldman Sachs. You will own the end-to-end decisioning for consumer finance products utilizing Python and SQL daily to optimize lending. What you will do:
Design and refine credit decisioning strategies to determine who to lend to at what volume and at what price.
Conduct deep-dive data analysis using Python and SQL to build monitoring frameworks and forecast portfolio returns.
Collaborate directly with engineering and product teams to deploy machine learning models and experimental lending strategies.
The ideal candidate:
Has 5 years of credit risk experience at a data-driven consumer lender with a strong background in strategy and analytics.
Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL is essential as this is a hands-on role requiring daily coding and model building.
Possesses a top-tier quantitative degree and a proven track record of mentoring junior analysts while delivering commercial results.
