Your Tasks
Perform daily monthly and yearly account reconciliations resolving discrepancies promptly
Conduct detailed bank and cash reconciliations tracking and explaining variances
Maintain the general ledger by posting and reviewing journal entries with accurate coding
Support monthend and yearend closing activities and prepare required audit documentation
Contribute to accurate financial statements and internal financial reports
Evaluate and recommend improvements to reconciliation processes and internal controls
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate reconciliation outcomes clearly
Ensure compliance with accounting principles company policies and regulations
Your Profile
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field or equivalent experience
Proven experience in account reconciliation or general ledger activities
Strong understanding of accounting principles and attention to detail
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
ERP system experience is required (preferably SAP)
Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently and in a team
Excellent organizational and proficient communication abilities in English and Polish
