Job Summary
Magnolia House in Pasadena is now hiring an Executive Chef.
This is an excellent opportunity for driven passionate career minded hospitality professionals.
Magnolia House is a popular casual neighborhood restaurant and bar. We are seeking an Executive Chef with experience in American and Mediterranean influenced cooking.
This is a full time salaried position.
The ideal candidate has:
- A minimum of 3-5 years in a professional kitchen leadership role
- A collaborative nature and willingness to work on a team
- Kitchen Management Experience
- Outstanding leadership skills
- A passion for cooking and a hunger for learning
Manager Applicants must posses:
* An infectious positive attitude
* Energetic and dynamic personality
* Leadership and organizational skills
* The ability to lead manage and train a staff of 20 or more team members
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to work well under pressure
* Open availability to work nights weekends and most major holidays.
