Position: JLL Technology Strategy & Operations Intern

Key Responsibilities:
a) Track the latest trends and developments in PropTech and AI applications; conduct in-depth research on high-potential sectors and companies through project work and identify opportunities for business digitalization or enterprise-level AI deployment
b) Support strategy development including data collection desk research industry analysis and preliminary analytical work.
c) Assist in the strategic design implementation and rollout of enterprise-level AI products

Requirements:
a) Current student at a 985/211 university or other top-tier global institution; available 45 days per week (full attendance preferred) for a six-month internship; start date ASAP.
b) Prior internship experience in consulting investment corporate strategy or related fields.
c) Strong interest in digital transformation and AI.
d) Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; data analysis skills are a plus.
e) Strong English proficiency; IELTS 7.0 preferred.
