About the role
Quality Analyst/ Compliance Data Integrator Bangalore India
Quality Analyst/ Compliance Data Integrator Bangalore India
The compliance data integrator will be responsible for collecting and managing data to support annual compliance requirements for the following items
- RoHS and REACH certificate of compliance updates
- Conflict Minerals Reporting
- ISO 9001/14001
What you will do
Manage data for RoHS and REACH certificates of compliance
- Develop and maintain list of active Enphase part numbers used in products sold by Enphase
- Update/obtain certificates for all associated Manufacturing Part Numbers and for new suppliers for REACH/ROHS
- Update Arena system as new certificates are acquired
- Load certificates at Manufacturing Part Number Level
- Submit associated Manufacturing Change Orders to update Enphase Part Number records
- Create dashboards to track certification status & send out reports.
- Manage factory/field escalations noncompliant to ROHS/REACH and work with CFT for the specific commodity to bring in compliance.
Manage data for Conflict Minerals Reporting
- Provide comprehensive list of part numbers and associated suppliers used on Enphase products sold in the calendar year to the contractor chosen to collect CMRT data.
- Meet with the contractor weekly to ensure that data collection is on track
- Prepare executive progress reports
- Compile a detailed summary of completed CMRT activity and provide to Enphase legal team
ISO Compliance Requirements Assistance
- Engage in Internal Audit program by helping with scheduling meetings
- Meet with appropriate teams to gather audit requirements evidence
- Track Audit status and completion of corrective actions
Who you are and What you bring
- Education Bachelors degree in Engineering (Prefer Electrical/Mechanical) with2 years of experience.
- Good at managing and presenting data to senior leaders
- Must be willing to work in US Pacific Standard Time (9 PM to 6:00 AM)
Desired Skills
- Exposure to contract manufacturing partnership set up
- Familiarity to ROHS REACH and CMRT
- Data entry verification organization management integrity and reporting.
- Attention to detail and data accuracy and be a self-starter for proactive opportunities for process & compliance improvements.
- Advanced proficiency with computer systems including MS Office.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills alongside cross functional teamwork.
- Effective communication skills.
- Good script writing skills.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent; prior experience in is a plus.
