Job Summary
- Monitor enterprise systems networks and applications using SCOM Nagios SolarWinds and related monitoring tools.
- Execute and monitor production job schedules using CA Scheduler ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Respond to alerts and incidents perform initial triage and escalate according to defined procedures.
- Analyze and document recurring issues to support root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Perform system health checks capacity monitoring and routine operational tasks.
- Support implementation of automation and process enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Assist in disaster recovery (DR) testing and maintenance activities.
- Adhere to established procedures security standards and service level requirements (SLRs).
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 1 years in IT operations NOC support or system monitoring roles.
- Technical Skills: Experience with CA Scheduler SCOM QMM Nagios SolarWinds; knowledge of production control processes incident management and system monitoring.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to work under pressure in a 24x7 environment; solid communication and teamwork abilities.
