The requirements What it takes to do thiswork

• Youll have demonstrated experience in a clinical management role or similar
• Youll have a current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Youll have over 2 years experience in aged care
• Youll have demonstrated clinical leadership skills and knowledge
• Youll have knowledge of all relevant legislation affecting the operation of Aged care Service
• Youll have learning and development experience including undertaking staff competency assessments
• Youll be resourceful respectful passionate and have a willingness to share knowledge and experiences within your team
