The requirements What it takes to do thiswork
- Youll have demonstrated experience in a clinical management role or similar
- Youll have a current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Youll have over 2 years experience in aged care
- Youll have demonstrated clinical leadership skills and knowledge
- Youll have knowledge of all relevant legislation affecting the operation of Aged care Service
- Youll have learning and development experience including undertaking staff competency assessments
- Youll be resourceful respectful passionate and have a willingness to share knowledge and experiences within your team
