Job Summary
Were looking for an experienced Payroll / Compensation and Benefits Senior Officer to support our People and Culture function. This role is critical in ensuring accurate compliant and timely payroll processing while delivering a reliable and employeefriendly compensation and benefits experience.
You will manage endtoend payroll operations administer statutory and company benefits and serve as a trusted point of contact for employee C&B enquiries.
What youll be doing
- Manage endtoend payroll processing including data validation payroll runs adjustments and reporting
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine statutory requirements including SSS PhilHealth PagIBIG and BIR with timely submission and payment
- Administer company benefits such as HMO leave credits allowances reimbursements and other employee perks
- Maintain accurate employee compensation and payroll records in HRIS or payroll systems
- Process onboarding and offboarding payroll requirements including new hire setup final pay and clearance coordination
- Respond to employee enquiries related to salary deductions benefits and government contributions
- Prepare payroll and compensation reports for audits finance and management review
- Support compensation benchmarking annual salary increases and performance bonus administration
- Ensure data privacy confidentiality and accuracy across all payroll and C&B activities
- Recommend process improvements automation opportunities and policy updates
What were looking for
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Accounting Business Administration or a related field
- At least 35 years experience in payroll and compensation and benefits administration
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine labour laws and statutory requirements
- Handson experience with payroll or HRIS systems such as Sprout DarwinBox AscentHR or similar
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and data accuracy skills
- Clear and confident communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
