Your Responsibilities
As a valued member of our team you will:
- Deliver seamless secretarial support to the Department Head and wider team including expert diary management travel coordination meeting logistics invoice and expense processing inbox monitoring and document handling.
- Partner with the Underwriting team to accurately record submission and policy information manage premium bookings and prepare files for peer review ensuring precision and timeliness.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to prepare insightful underwriting and management reports and support ad hoc projects such as broker and client meeting materials.
- Organise and facilitate impactful team events conferences and meetingspreparing presentations agendas documents and marketing collateral that showcase Chubbs professionalism.
What Were Looking For
To thrive in this role youll bring:
- Minimum A Level qualification.
- Proven office administration experience with knowledge of international travel requirements and processes highly desirable.
- Previous exposure to underwriting support roles preferred.
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities with a proactive independent approach and meticulous attention to detail.
- Team spirit and initiative adept at building strong relationships across all levels.
- Advanced IT proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Outlook Excel); experience with Concur is a plus.
