What will you do
We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic Program Performance team in this role you will collaborate with a team of highly skilled specialists delivering projects across a diverse range of sectors.
As a trusted partner to clients throughout Western Australia you will play a role in driving project success. You will contribute across key sectors including Defence Infrastructure Transport Mining Energy and Water making a meaningful difference in each project you undertake.
Key responsibilities
Strong attention to detail analytical skills and time management.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Prepare elemental and detailed cost plans across design stages.
Develop tradebased estimates and cost benchmarking.
Assess variations EOT claims progress claims and contract compliance.
Support tender documentation procurement and commercial evaluations.
Liaise with clients designers and contractors to resolve cost and scope matters.
Prepare clear accurate cost estimate reports and presentations.
Contribute to risk assessments and feasibility studies.
Mentor junior team members and support QA and continuous improvement.

Qualification and experience
Degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Management or a related discipline.
57 years experience in a professional QS or cost management environment.
Proven experience preparing elemental cost plans tradebased estimates and supporting contract administration (variations and EOTs).
Strong understanding of construction methodologies materials industry standards and market rates.
Proficiency in CostX and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and timemanagement skills.
Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Familiarity with Australian Standards procurement practices and local market conditions.
Professional accreditation or demonstrated progress toward AIQS or RICS membership is desirable
Eligibility for Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) security clearance (preferred).
