Digital Transformation Advisory Manager
Job Summary
As a Digital Transformation Advisory Manager you will operate at the forefront of client engagement working with senior stakeholders to shape define and mobilise digital transformation initiatives. This is a role spanning business consulting presales and early-stage delivery. You will:
- Engage clients at a business challenge level not just technical solutioning
- Lead discovery and problem-shaping engagements
- Translate complex organisational challenges into actionable transformation opportunities
- Support the development of strategic opportunities and downstream delivery
You will play a critical role in connecting client needs to Netcompanys broader capabilities including platforms data AI and digital services.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Lead discovery sessions workshops and stakeholder discussions to define problems and outcomes
- Opportunity Shaping: Turn insights into business cases proposals and transformation roadmaps
- Advisory Delivery: Deliver high-impact engagements (strategy roadmap operating model) and support transition to delivery
- Commercial Growth: Build pipeline identify opportunities and support presales activities
- Practice Development: Contribute to advisory offerings methods and internal capability building
Qualifications :
Experience
- Background in digital transformation strategy or business change consulting
- Experience across presales and delivery
- Strong engagement with senior stakeholders (Director/CxO)
- Proven ability to shape early-stage opportunities and roadmaps
Skills
- Problem Solving: Structure complex ambiguous challenges
- Communication: Clear storytelling and stakeholder engagement
- Commercial Awareness: Identify and develop opportunities
- Delivery: Familiarity with agile and design-led approaches
