Job Summary

Support daily fleet operations including monitoring fleet availability damage/theft reporting and weekly inventory checks.
Assist in identifying process gaps and driving operational improvements.
Help automate reporting and workflows using Python JavaScript and automation tools.
Monitor vendor performance and support service partner coordination (maintenance logistics etc.).
Contribute to fleet audits planning for relocations/repairs and preparing KPI reports and documentation for our warehouses.
Collaborate with County Operations and Tech teams on cross-functional projects.

Qualifications :

Enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Business Logistics Engineering or related fields.
Fluent in German and proficient in English.
Comfortable with basic tech tools (SQL Python APIs Excel/Sheets automation).
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Interest or experience in mobility logistics or vendor management is a plus.
Comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders across a wide range of levels and functions.
