What Youll Do:
Implement the teachers lesson plans and ensure smooth daily classroom operations.
Assist in small group whole class or one-on-one instruction to meet individual student needs.
Utilize a range of teaching and assessment strategies following the teachers guidance.
Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
What You Need:
A Bachelors degree (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience in elementary education (ideal but not requiredjust bring your passion!).
Strong communication skillsboth written and verbal.
The ability to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team.
A positive can-do attitude toward students with diverse learning needs.
Additional Info:
