Job Overview:
- Execute implementation projects by partnering closely with executive-level project sponsors in the Sales Enablement industry ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
- Drive customer engagement efforts for new and existing customers understanding their business goals and prescribing tailored recommendations to achieve them. Deliver high-impact engagements lead meetings (both onsite and virtual) customer project artifacts and ensure client satisfaction with the services provided.
- Develop detailed project plans schedules and work breakdown structures to ensure project team accountability for project budgets milestone dates and work quality.
- Track detailed engagement scopes work with customers to estimate and manage scope changes or additions and execute change orders when necessary.
- Create comprehensive weekly status reports and communication plans for executive sponsors and internal & external project stakeholders.
- Proactively identify implementation risks and mitigate them efficiently ensuring project success.
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with customer stakeholders fostering trust and collaboration.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative evaluations of deliverables budgets schedules resource forecasts and project scope developing action plans to mitigate identified risks and issues.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Sales Enablement acting as a trusted thought leader and advisor to your customers.
- Coach and mentor project team members potentially across multiple time zones to enhance teamwork both internally and with the client.
- Participate in establishing practices templates policies tools and partnerships to expand and mature the teams capabilities.
- Partner with sales and services sales teams to scope and estimate sales opportunities contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Qualifications :
Must have Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of minimum experience as Project Manager overall 7-9 years.
- Project Management methodologies (Strong) Communication & collaboration (Strong)
Good To Have Skills:
- Sales and distribution Logical reasoning Conflict Resolution (Strong)
