About the role
AstheSenior Manager Wealth Operations & Transaction Supportyou will be a key member of the Customer Operations Leadership TeamreportingdirectlytotheHead of Customer will have a strong focus onoperational management peopleleadershipand developmentandresponsible forleading and driving the performance of thewealth and transaction support teamswithinthedivision.
Youllget to:
Lead and developahigh performing team cultureacrossmulti skilledteamswith continuous improvement asakey driverto develop and implement a better way of doing things.
Buildand develop key relationships across thebroaderGroup including Retail/ Third Party Banking Wealth ManagementFinancial MarketsProducts Consumer Risk Business Banking Group Legal and Workforce Management.
Driveand lead innovated solutionsand initiativesto meet strategicobjectivesin relation to operationalprocessing excellence.
Develop and leada strong risk and compliance cultureand create an environment that effectivelyoperateswithinall the Banksrisk and compliance requirements andpolicies.
This a full time 12-month secondmentopportunityand ideally you will be based at one of our corporate offices inAdelaideBendigoor Melbournebut open to location for the right candidate.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
Tertiary qualifications inaLegal orBusiness-relateddiscipline would be anadvantage.
Demonstrated experiencein OperationalProcessing Leadership functionsisessential.
In-depth knowledge of banking operationsacross a specific area(s)e.g. lending assessment fulfillment settlement account support transactions supportor wealth management
Experience and understandingofoperationalrisk& complianceframeworks.
Demonstrated effective leadershipand people managementcapabilities with the ability to leadmotivateand build high performingteams.
Strong relationship building skills toworkwith multiple stakeholders with the ability to advise influence andnegotiate.
Stronganalytical and critical thinking skillsto addressand solve complex business problems and drivecontinuous improvementinitiatives.
