What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)

  • 25 years of inside sales or telemarketing experience with a strong closing track record

  • Confidence making high-volume outbound calls and engaging decision-makers

  • Competitive goal-oriented mindset with a desire to exceed quotas

  • Proven ability to manage a pipeline and close deals independently

  • Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills

  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment

  • Tech-savvy with experience using dialers CRMs and sales tools

  • Professional coachable and motivated to grow


What Youll Do (Skills Used in this Position)

  • Own your sales pipeline from first call to closeno handoffs

  • Work warm company-provided leads (no cold list building required)

  • Make high-volume outbound calls using a dialer to drive new business

  • Build rapport quickly and identify customer needs

  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and close deals consistently

  • Overcome objections with confidence and skill

  • Track activity and performance metrics to stay on top of your goals

  • Compete win and continuously improve your sales performance


Compensation Information
The expected salary range for this position is $60000 base unlimited commission per year depending on experience and qualifications. Top performers have the opportunity to significantly exceed base salary through uncapped earnings.
This role also includes comprehensive benefits such as health dental and vision insurance 401(k) with matching and paid training. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity. The salary range provided is in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
