We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us continue to provide top-notch service to our clients. Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients agents and other team members. Your main goal will be to ensure that all inquiries and requests are handled promptly and efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for all incoming calls emails and inquiries from clients agents and team members - Provide prompt and courteous responses to all inquiries and requests - Assist clients with general inquiries scheduling appointments and resolving issues - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with clients - Follow up with clients to ensure their needs have been met and provide additional support as needed - Continuously strive to improve the customer service experience by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions - Stay up-to-date with company policies procedures and services to provide accurate information to clients - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry filing and organizing documents - Adhere to company guidelines and standards for professionalism confidentiality and ethical conduct Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred - 1-2 years of customer service experience preferably in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications - Real estate experience is a plus but not required - Must be able to work full-time 40 hours per week - Must be able to work occasional weekends and evenings as needed Benefits: - Competitive salary - Health dental and vision insurance - Paid time off and holidays - Opportunities for career growth and development - Positive and supportive work environment If you are a customer service-oriented individual with a passion for helping others we want to hear from you!
