Position Overview
Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 100% outpatient sports medicine setting in Santa Fe NM.
This role focuses on treating musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions helping patients restore mobility reduce pain and return to optimal function.

Clinical Responsibilities
Patient Care
- Evaluate and treat patients with:
- Musculoskeletal injuries
- Sports-related conditions
- Neuromuscular disorders
- Cardiorespiratory limitations
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
Therapy Interventions
- Provide:
- Therapeutic exercises
- Manual therapy
- Mobility and strengthening programs
- Pain management interventions
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on progress
Clinical Skills
- Orthopedic rehabilitation
- Sports injury management
- Functional movement training
- Return-to-activity protocols
Documentation
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Track progress and treatment outcomes
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards
Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Physicians
- Rehab team
- Patients and families
Scheduling & Work Details
- Shift: 10:30 AM 6:00 PM
- No weekends
- No on-call
- Stable outpatient schedule
Required Qualifications
Active New Mexico PT License
BLS Certification
Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT/MPT/BPT)
Preferred Qualifications
Outpatient / sports medicine experience
Strong orthopedic background
Excellent communication skills
