Position Overview
Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Long Term Care (LTC) facility at Tide Health Group Oregon Care Center.
This role involves working under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to deliver rehabilitative care therapeutic interventions and patient support for residents with mobility and functional limitations.

Clinical Responsibilities
- Assist PT in delivering treatment plans and interventions
- Provide therapeutic exercises gait training and mobility support
- Use assistive devices and modalities as prescribed
- Monitor and report patient progress to supervising PT
- Document treatments accurately in EMR
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques
- Participate in care planning and team meetings

Required Qualifications
Active Missouri PTA License
Minimum 1 year PTA experience

- Hours: 40 hours/week
- Weekend: None (only if making up holiday hours)
- On-call: None

Must submit at posted rate ($58/hr)
Flexible schedule but must remain consistent
Supervision required under PT
