Job Summary
We are seeking a manager to oversee the restaurant. This individual must have strong leadership skills flexibility reliability positivity drive and dedication for success.
This individual should already possess the necessary skills to ensure company success and employee management. This individual should be strong independent and exceptionally creative.
Duties:
- Responsible for cleaning and maintenance of store machinery
- Responsible for training staff on cleaning of store machinery
- Responsible for identifying and hiring qualified employees
- Responsible for creating employee schedule and facilitation of employee training
- Responsible for store upkeep and company growth
- Responsible for store inventory/ordering
- Responsible for managing files electronic record keeping and communications
- Responsible for management of promotions and flavor changes/implementation
- Responsible for management of fundraising catering and party requests
- Responsible for management of social media and outreach
- Responsible for adhering to company and brand standards
Requirements:
- Food Safety Certification (ServSafe)
- Minimum of Associates Degree OR 2 years of supervisory experience
- Available daily to work at or manage store productivity/staff
- Ability to clean store machinery
- Necessary skills to lead a team and manage the brand requirements
