Job Description
As a Senior Associate you coordinate key transition and governance activities for Operate engagements. You are responsible for managing governance artefacts facilitating reporting cycles and ensuring that risks issues and dependencies are effectively tracked and communicated. You apply structured methodologies to deliver a seamless mobilisation and support continuous improvement throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Requirements of the Role
Lead elements of transition planning coordination and delivery ensuring timely mobilisation and readiness
Maintain and update RAID logs governance registers and programme plans
Support governance forums by preparing reports dashboards and key performance indicators
Ensure compliance with PwCs Delivery Office frameworks and transition methodology
Identify and assess risks dependencies and issues; escalate and monitor resolution
Contribute to benefit realisation tracking and post-transition review sessions
Support the development of new transition templates tools and reporting mechanisms

Non-Essential Skills
Experience in service transition within a managed services environment
Knowledge of automation or reporting optimisation tools
Qualifications
PRINCE2 Practitioner ITIL4 Foundation or Agile certification preferred.
