The Role:
You will lead a high performing team focused on delivering the Ultimate Retail Experience. You will motivate and inspire your team through strong leadership hands on coaching and clear communication. Youll oversee all aspects of store operations ensuring performance metrics are consistently met or exceeded while fostering an inclusive positive team culture aligned with Retailors values of Leadership Care Accountability Transparency and Innovation.
Preferred Candidate Attributes:
- Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs with the ability to analyse performance data to make informed results driven business decisions.
- Experienced in coaching and developing a team to achieve strong results.
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills under pressure.
- Commitment in delivering theUltimate Retail Experience.
- Flexible with full-time availability including late-night trade and weekends.
- Passionate about Samsung and aligned with our companys core values.
- No prior technology experience required! You will be trained on all technical aspects of the role. All you need is your exceptional people skills.
