Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARYThe Senior Analyst is a vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical building testing and deployment tasks for the company. The Senior Analyst should have a thorough knowledge and skills in financial management within healthcare delivery systems and experience in financial accounting and reporting budgeting and planning financial modeling analysis of complex business and financial scenarios productivity monitoring and revenue FUNCTIONSMaintain complex financial analyses reports and monthly and quarterly budgets and monthly budget variance reporting and track commentary for senior weekly monthly and quarterly reports that provide management accurate information to support decision track and forecast key drivers of organizational preparation of quarterly board reports on business development results and associated ROIs of assetsWork with ASC FP&A and business unit leaders to build their annual budgets and ad hoc analysis and special projects as for preparing weekly monthly and quarterly reports that provide management accurate information to support decision with creation of medium to long-term financial and strategic capital expenditure analysis involving ROI cash flow IRR and NPVProvide weekly projection reporting to management operations and health system with Operations to help measure and analyze impact of Growth & Profitability plans/goals for each all functions according to established policies procedures regulatory and accreditation requirements as well as applicable professional all customers with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating our core and leader behaviors each and every : The essential functions are intended to describe the general content of and requirements of this position and are not intended to be an exhaustive statement of duties. Specific tasks or responsibilities will be documented as outlined by the incumbents immediate QUALIFICATIONSBachelors level degree or equivalent work of 5 - 7 years of experience as a Financial Analyst in planning/budgeting to manage multiple activities in a deadline-oriented environment; highly organized and research skills with an attention to listening verbal and written communication skillsStrong Microsoft Office skills Excel Word and Power analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills attention to detail self-motivation and solution-orientation written and verbal communication skills QUALIFICATIONSMBA and/or graduate degree with an emphasis in Finance Accounting and/or Healthcare working with a big four accounting or CHFP or FHFMA DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENT FACTORSRequires extensive sitting with periodic standing and be required to lift up to 20 significant use of personal computer phone and general office adequate visual acuity ability to grasp and handle ability to communicate effectively through reading writing and speaking in person or on require off-site RESPONSIBILITIESNoneDIRECTLY REPORTINGManager FP&ATYPE OF SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNoneSCOPE AND COMPLEXITYThis role works independently with minimal supervision and requires excellent analytical and communications skills to assist with driving initiatives and supporting business decision-makers. The position will have regular contact with senior leadership at the Support Center and ASCs and will need to work collaboratively across departments. Periodically this role may have to communicate with external customers including but not limited to physician office support staff physicians and vendors.
